Revolt – Book Review

Revolt by Benjamin Vogt

Don’t you just love book reviews? I do for a ton of reasons, but surprisingly it’s not just selfish reasons. I do like to see what’s out there and what I want to dig into, but that isn’t the main reason I love book reviews.

Book reviews are a great way to support authors and help their sales. It directly affects their success. Whether you write a good or a bad review, people are more likely to check out what the author has done and maybe even buy a book. I plan to later go into some serious detail about the harm that can be done to an author’s work by pirating their books. But a great way to counteract those issues is to speak and share candidly about how you feel about a book.

Benjamin Vogt

This month’s review is on the premier novel by Benjamin Vogt, REVOLT. This book was written and published by Ben before he hit the mature age of 17. Impressive for the quality that this book is. Ben funded the publishing of his book and incurred the expense of hiring an editor. He also works hard on a fabulous marketing campaign. He has already gotten himself positioned to be placed on the local library’s shelves and is working with a couple of bookstores to line up some signings. Again, very impressive for such a young man.

My book review includes some details without spoilers and gives some more juicy tidbits into this author’s book, including a view of his self-produced book trailer. Again, some serious work from this guy. He is planning on releasing book 2 & 3 later this year.

Remember to support independent authors. Many fork over significant amounts of money to produce their creative works. In the case of Vogt, he spared no expense, and it shows. Pick up your copy of Revolt today. It’s available on Amazon. You can also check out the website at RevoltBookTrilogy.com.
